BC not closing the door to Kinder Morgan's proposed Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
Environment Minister Mary Polak confirming this morning that the province has formally opposed the project at this point, because not all of its five conditions for the project have been addressed.
"Condition two is around marine oil spill response and condition three around the land. We have been encouraged by the number of governments and industry leaders that have also taken up the challenge and accepted the need for us to proceed around the five conditions.
